The Brief

After some years in operation Sydney-based eCommerce ‘anti-agency’ The Efficiency Hub wanted to develop its visual identity and rebrand in a unique way that would appeal to an artistic, predominantly female, client base.

The Solution

As digital enablers helping their artisan clients navigate the intricacies of successfully selling online The Efficiency Hub’s branding needed to reflect the tailor-made service they offer.

We developed an illustrative style combining cut-out shapes and hand-drawn artwork, that instead of focussing on what the agency does, heroes their clients and the type of products they make. A colour palette was established combining calming pastel tones with more authoritative darker blues and fonts updated focussing on the hierarchy of information.

We also produced a sustainable strategy for social media content that fed into the main brand and provided value for their audience.
